About the editors
Ramata Thioune works at the Research Centre for International Development (IDRC) of Canada, at its regional office in Dakar for West and Central Africa, as a Senior Programme Manager. Thioune holds a Masters in Agricultural Economics (University Laval, Quebec / Canada), a Master of Economic Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Sciences (University of Dakar).
