About the author
Remi Raji won the Christopher Okigbo Poetry Competition in 1984. He teaches African and African American literature, and creative writing at the University of Ibadan, where he also the Dean of the Faculty of Arts. He is also the Nation President of the Association of Nigerian Authors.
