About the author

Igbinovia [JP] obtained his B.Sc. in Criminology and Criminal Justice; M.A. in Criminology & Criminal Justice; M.Sc. in Manpower and Industrial Relations; MPA in Public Law and Public Policy; and Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Sam Houston State University, University of North Texas, The Florida State University and The Florida State University, respectively. He is recipient of many scholarly awards : Researh Fellowship from Texas Woman’s University, Florida State University, the Federal Nigerian Government and the American Political Science Association, among others.
Blessing A. Edobor-Igbinovia , JP, earned her B. Ed. in Education/Political Science from the University of Benin, & MPA from the Benson Idahosa University, Benin City. She has published numerous academic essays in renowned international journals. She is currently a Lecturer in Political Science at the College of Education.
