Universal Democracy (Holocracy)

The author describes the unearthing of the root causes of the shortcomings of existing political systems in Nigeria, and how to reform them. He begins by surveying the political history, and the history, principles and ramifications of democracy. He identifes the trend towards ‘universal democracy’ which he anachronistically brands with the neologism, ‘holocracy’.
