Casmir M. Rubagumya

Casmir M. Rubagumya (Ph.D., Lancaster) is professor of linguistics and
Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) at St. John’s University of Tanzania.
Prior to his present post, he taught and held various leadership
positions at the University of Dar es Salaam (1982- 2008) and the
University of Dodoma (2008- 2013).
