Clement C. Chigbo,
Associate Professor of Law, is a peripatetic multi-jurisdictional
lawyer. He is a Solicitor of England and Wales, Barrister and Solicitor
of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Registered Associate of the Supreme
Court of the Bahamas and Attorney-at-Law (pro hac vice) of the Supreme
Court of the Turks and Caicos Islands of the British West Indies. He has
taught law at the Robert Gordon University and the University of
Aberdeen, the United Kingdom. He was formerly Head, Department of
Private and Business Law, Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti. His major
areas of interest in teaching, research and consultancy are Real
Property Law and Conveyancing, Commercial and Corporate Law and
International Commercial Arbitration. He had his undergraduate studies
at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria and his Post Graduate at
the University of London and the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
