FRITZ BIVERIDGE is Associate Professor and former Head of the Department of Archaeology and Heritage Studies, University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana. He holds ¿ PhD in Historical Archaeology from University of Ghana, Legon. His main research interests are monument conservation and cross-cultura interactions durind the Atlantic contact period
