Innocent Butare is an agronomist and doctor of life sciences. He has
extensive experience in agricultural research and natural resource
management, university lecturing, international consulting, and the
administration of international development research programs.
Insatiable reader and practitioner, he is interested in youth
entrepreneurship and the development of Africa and Rwanda, his country.
