J. Oloka-Onyango

J. Oloka-Onyango is a Professor of International Human Rights and Constitutional Law based at the School of Law, Makerere University, Uganda.  For several years he directed the Human Rights & Peace Centre (HURIPEC) and served as Dean of Law.
