Jude Ssempebwa

Jude Ssempebwa (PhD) is an Associate Professor of Higher Education
Studies and Management at the East African School of Higher Education
Studies and Development, College of Education and External Studies,
Makerere University. He is also the Editor of Makerere Journal of Higher
Education and the founding editor of Uganda Martyrs University Book
Series.
