Kibuta Ongwamuhana

Kibuta Ongwamuhana has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Dar es salaam, a Master of Laws degree (taxation) from the University of Manchester, a Master of Laws degree (international  taxation) from the University of Adelaide and a PhD from the University of Cape Town. He is Managing Partner of Ako  Law, a premier commercial law firm in Tanzania. Formerly President of the Tanzania Law Society, Commissioner of Taxation in Papua New Guinea, he has taught at Universities in Tanzania, Australia and Papua New Guinea. He is author of The Taxation of Income from Foreign Investments (Kluwer 1991).
