Lawrence Mduduzi Ndlovu is a cleric, poet, speaker, writer, lecturer, social commentator, and art enthusiast who contributes to several local and international publications and frequently participates in radio and television programmes across Southern Africa. He is the author of two previous books of poetry: In Quiet Realm (Write on Publishing 2018) and Mayibuye: 25 Years of Democracy in South Africa (African Perspectives 2020). The Mail & Guardian newspaper listed him as one of the top 200 young South Africans in 2016. He also received the 2016 Youth Trailblazer Award from the Gauteng government for his outstanding contribution to youth development.
