OBINNA CHILEKEZI was born in Diobu Port Harcourt Rivers State Nigeria has a PhD in entrepreneurship. He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and has written many books on Insurance, of which one of them won the African Insurance Organisation Book Award in 2016.
He started writing poems at an early age. His poems have appeared in newspapers and journals like Daily Times, Daily Trust, Times International, Rake, ANA Review, Better Than Starbucks, Borderless Journal, Verse-Virtual Pandemic Poems 2020, Inakitto – The Nalubaale Review Literary Magazine, Round Robin by Poetry Society of Indiana, Cajun Muth Press, Wahun 2, Twenty Nigerian Writers (ANA Lagos):
