Richard Jeffery

Richard Jeffery, born in Uganda, has lived and worked in Africa most of his life, Zambia for the past 45 years. Richard is an applied ecologist, conservation biologist, wildlife business planner, and commercial pilot. He has worked with many local and international conservation NGOs and Government organisations, and published over 50 scientific papers and reports in his field, including co- author of Kobus leche in Jonathan Kingdon’s Mammals of Africa Vol VI, and the WECSZ’s Guides to “The Luangwa Valley National Parks”, “Common Wild Mammals of Zambia”, and “Reptiles, Amphibians & Fishes of Zambia”.
