Ludger Wimmelbücker

Ludger Wimmelbücker (PhD Hamburg University - African History) is the author of Kilimanjaro - A Regional History c.1800-1920. He also published various articles on the history of East Africa. He also worked in a project on life histories relating to the Zanzibar Revolution. He currently works on the international dimension of thalidomide, including victims of the drug who were born in Africa around 1960.
